What is ironic is that not all women activists have reciprocated by supporting civil rights and affirmative action when it comes to people of color. The rate of accomplishment for women far exceeds that of people of color. Correcting an unlevel playing field should apply to all elements. Sometimes i see white women as the ones most oppressive of people of color's attainment of rights in the workplace. That's a shame.
